Testimonials

The Center for Patient-Centric Care Initiatives will ensure that patients’ perspectives, experiences, and voices are integrated into the development of novel therapeutic trials, guidelines, and patient-facing resources to ensure we are meeting patients’ needs as we work to improve quality of life and well-being from diagnosis through treatment and into survivorship.

Dr. Sarah Psutka

Associate Professor of Urology, Associate Program Director, Associate Editor - EU, University of Washington

An incredibly impressive group of passionate people who reflect our geographic and disciplinary diversity and work to globally harmonize guidelines and points-of-view with the available evidence. Attendees generously share the depths – and limits – of their knowledge and collegially work to fill gaps or call out opportunities. The group is extraordinarily efficient and effective at wrestling conflicts and gaps to the ground. They arrive with questions and leave with answers . . . or a plan to get them.

Rick Bangs

Bladder Cancer Survivor; Patient Advocate, BCAN, Member, IBCG

This IBCG initiative highlights the critical importance of placing patients and their families at the centre of bladder cancer care. As a global coalition, we are proud to bring the voices and experiences of our community to this effort, helping to shape meaningful strategies that will improve care and outcomes for all people affected by bladder cancer around the world.
